• Utilize automated self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures to adapt treatment plans effectively, ensuring each client receives personalized care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our reliable therapist portal, which incorporates digital tools designed for seamless documentation and session management.
• Articulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) standards, establishing a clear framework for individualized care.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with evidence-based strategies for a variety of diagnoses, providing therapeutic interventions, supportive counseling, and psychoeducation to your caseload.
• Employ various therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during live video counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach for clients, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.
• Deliver weekly evidence-based care through synchronous video sessions to a diverse adult population experiencing emotional challenges.

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults from various backgrounds who may be facing emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your commitment to culturally responsive care will ensure that all individuals feel welcomed and understood, allowing for a safe environment to address their unique circumstances.

• A valid independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of residence; multiple state licenses are a significant advantage.
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Demonstrated willingness to work with diverse populations and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive care.
• Proficiency in technology and enthusiasm for leveraging digital solutions in clinical practice.

• Previous experience delivering evidence-based therapies, particularly through telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment plans tailored to specific client needs.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.
