Job description

As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our on-site team in Houston, TX.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth hardware fulfillment operations while supporting both internal teams and external customers throughout the order lifecycle. You will work closely with warehouse, logistics, and engineering teams to maintain inventory accuracy and deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Receive, package, ship, and track hardware products to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Maintain inventory integrity by properly recording all product movements
  • Provide frontline customer support for fulfillment-related inquiries, including order status, hardware troubleshooting, and issue escalation
  • Process returns, perform factory resets, refurbish devices, and update inventory systems accordingly

Requirements
Basic Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or coursework in IT preferred)
  • Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and common software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Preferred (Nice to Have, not required):
  • 0-2 years of IT support or related experience (internship, school lab, or personal projects count)
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, IP addresses)
  • Experience setting up computers, printers, or other office equipment
  • Exposure to tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar
  • Entry-level certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar)
