Position Overview
We are looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will share in our core values and possess strong communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional support to our residents. This role requires a flexible schedule, including mandatory weekend availability, to ensure our seniors receive round-the-clock, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily resident care, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and incontinence/peri-care, while promoting resident independence.
  • Obtain accurate vital signs, document care appropriately, and promptly report any changes in a resident's health status.
  • Assist and accompany residents to scheduled appointments and activities as assigned.
  • Report any resident or operational concerns immediately to the Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Charge Nurse on shift.
Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in caregiving and a strong desire to work closely with senior populations.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and a 2 Step TB test.
  • Current CPR certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain one upon hire.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts.
