Equipment Builder

Manufacturing | Full-Time | Entry-Level to Skilled

About the Role

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Equipment Builder to join our growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble custom equipment from start to finish using mechanical drawings, schematics, hand tools, and basic electrical wiring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working with their hands.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble custom machinery and equipment by following drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Install mechanical components, sensors, brackets, and hardware using hand and power tools
  • Work with sockets, wrenches, tape measures, grinders, and other assembly tools
  • Build equipment that may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to complete
  • Mount and connect color-coded sensors that monitor product levels and machine performance
  • Perform basic electrical wiring on 120-volt systems under established safety procedures
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly schematics
  • Test completed equipment to ensure proper functionality and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during the build process
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with experienced builders and receive hands-on training
