This is an excellent opportunity for a current student, recent graduate, former athlete, or anyone looking to transition their passion for strength and conditioning into a career.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional training environment.
  • Participate in staff training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
  • Represent Power Train professionally through your appearance, communication, attitude, and actions.
  • Arrive 16 minutes before your scheduled start time so you are fully prepared for your coaching responsibilities.
  • Work assigned opening, closing, and split shifts as needed.
  • Support the coaching team with other responsibilities that contribute to the success of the facility.
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are interested in building a long-term career in strength and conditioning.
  • Are coachable and excited to learn.
  • Have a strong work ethic and take pride in doing things the right way.
  • Are positive, energetic, dependable, and comfortable working with people.
  • Communicate well and enjoy building relationships.
  • Are willing to step outside your comfort zone and continuously improve.
  • Can take direction, accept constructive feedback, and put that feedback into action.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Understand that great coaching is about more than exercises and workouts—it is about helping people become better.
Education & Experience

Previous professional coaching experience is helpful, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person.

Students and recent graduates studying Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, Physical Education, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
