Job description

Direct Fairways — Hopkins, MN
Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday

$15–$24/Hour + Commission | Employee-Owned | No Weekends

Earn more—and earn ownership in the company you help grow.

Direct Fairways is a 100% employee-owned company. Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), eligible employees can receive company ownership at no out-of-pocket cost, subject to plan eligibility and vesting requirements.

Simply put: you earn more than a paycheck. When the company grows, your employee ownership may grow with it.

Compensation

  • $15–$24 per hour, based on performance
  • 10%–20% commission
  • $1,000–$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities
  • Daily cash incentives
  • $100 sign-on bonus
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid training

Actual earnings depend on performance. Commission, bonuses, incentives, and ESOP participation are subject to applicable company and plan terms.

What You’ll Do:

Direct Fairways helps local businesses advertise through golf-course scorecards, course guides, yardage cards and other materials used by golfers.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Make outbound calls to local business owners
  • Present golf-course advertising opportunities
  • Build relationships with owners and decision-makers
  • Answer questions and confidently handle objections
  • Manage the sales process from first conversation through close
  • Work toward daily, monthly and team goals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training

This is an active outbound sales role. You will spend much of your day speaking with prospective customers by phone. Success requires confidence, persistence, and the ability to approach every new call with positive energy.

What We Offer

  • Employee ownership through our ESOP
  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and sick time
  • 401(k)
  • Paid, hands-on sales training
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Career and leadership opportunities
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • No nights or weekends

Who We’re Looking For:

No previous sales experience is required. You could be a strong fit if you are:

  • Competitive, motivated and goal-oriented
  • Confident speaking with new people
  • Positive and persistent when facing rejection
  • Coachable and willing to apply feedback
  • Reliable, professional and team-oriented
  • Looking to build a career—not just find another job

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or appointment setting is helpful but not required.

Build More Than Your Next Paycheck

Direct Fairways has grown into a nationwide sales organization with more than 300 employees across seven offices. We invest in our people through paid training, performance-based earning opportunities and employee ownership.

If you are ready to develop valuable sales skills, increase your earning potential and help grow a company you can have a stake in, apply today.

Qualified applicants may be contacted within 24–48 hours.
