Advance ABA Care is seeking qualified, caring, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our growing team as entry level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). BCBA's will be trained extensively to work in the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will be given an exciting and unique opportunity to provide one-on-one intensive services to help improve the lives of our clients! Advance ABA Care currently provides in clinic, commuinty and in-home ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. BCBAs also provide training, coaching, and supervision to caregivers and staff across home, clinic, and community settings.

This is a hybrid position:
• Remote work is available for planning, documentation, and supervision
• In-person visits to the clinic or client homes are required 2–3 times per week, depending on client and program needs
Manage parent group sessions
Ensure training meets insurance requirements
Advocate for best practices, employee diversity, flexible learning methods
Create and Develop BCBA training/ updates on current research
Set up training meetings with staff
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Complete assessments
Complete applicable service note template for all billable services delivered
Develop, monitor, and change client behavior treatment plans (BTPs)
Write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Utilize best practices (e.g., DTT, NET, SBT, DRA, etc.)
Collaboration with other services
Utilize Central Reach for client data analysis and documentation
Train BTs/RBT learning to increase overall RBT’s
Teach & monitor the implementation of client BTPs
Evaluate BT performance with BST perform
Develop applicable goals
Monitor applicable goals
Utilize current evidence-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, CPFQ, Vineland, and PEAK)
8hr supervisory training
Supervise RBTs within the caseload
Supervise Practicum Students
Attend IEP meetings, collaborate with other treatment team members and members of the child's education environment regarding patients' progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions as appropriate.

Communicate with other Clinicians (Clinical Directors, BCBA’s QBHP’S ect.)
Maintain ethical practice and HIPAA regulations
Maintain board certification and state licensing

QUALIFICATIONS:
BCBA License Required
LBA License Required
Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients

Ability to work supportively with other professionals and staff
Clean criminal history
Must have 3 evening or morning availability
