If you’re looking for meaningful seasonal work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, KARM Stores is hiring Christmas Seasonal Team Members to support store operations now through January 2.

KARM Stores Christmas is back again!! We are hiring Seasonal Team Members for Christmas positions.

FT / PT Entry-level pay begins at $15-16 an hour, based on experience. Store hours are 9a - 9p, some evenings and Saturdays required.

Details

  • Assist the Management team with either register transactions or sorting donations.

  • Maintain customer service standards in order to provide a pleasant shopping experience for each customer.

  • Meet daily or weekly production goals.

  • Assist staff in stocking shelves and clothing racks, or price and prepare/organize donations for the store floor.

  • Assist the Management team in the building of the team, by being an example of “revealing Christ” to all staff, donors, and customers.

  • Assist the team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell, & Provide, as well as carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.

Skills & Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.

  2. Must have a commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.

  3. Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.

  4. Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form

  5. Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day.

  6. Lifting and Bending – up to 75% of a standard work day.

  7. Moderate to heavy physical activity. This position may require frequent strenuous activity. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.


Compensation details: 15-16 Hourly Wage
