ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate Product Manager, Digital Marketing is an early-career practitioner responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Working under the guidance of a senior product or digital marketing leader, this role supports client transition to AEM Cloud - owning direct content authoring while contributing to the standards, workflows, and enablement infrastructure that allow marketing teams to self-serve at scale. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or product - through internships, school programs, or early professional roles - who wants hands-on exposure to a real migration, real delivery, and a fast-moving marketing technology environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build, edit, and publish pages using AEM-designed templates across campaign, landing, and evergreen content Manage content scheduling and publishing workflows to ensure accurate, on-time delivery Support migration of content from legacy systems to AEM Cloud Perform visual QA, validating layout, links, components, and functionality Partner with product and engineering teams to surface and resolve migration issues Contribute to AEM authoring best practices including page structure and naming conventions Help establish QA checklists and publishing standards to ensure consistency across digital experiences Assist in developing playbook materials including documentation, how-to guides, and recorded walkthroughs Support training of stakeholders and new authors on AEM workflows Act as a reliable resource for authoring support, troubleshooting, and intake coordination
Experience and Skills
