What are some common challenges Entry Level Full Stack Developers face when transitioning from academic projects to real-world applications?

Entry Level Full Stack Developers often find that real-world projects are more complex and less structured than academic assignments. They may encounter challenges such as working with legacy code, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and managing competing priorities within agile development cycles. • Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 USD annually
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Opportunity to work at a well-funded, high-growth startup backed by top-tier investors
  • Meaningful equity and early-stage career growth potential
