This Contract Recruiter opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and knows how to move quickly without sacrificing candidate experience.
The Contract Recruiter will play a critical role in stabilizing high-volume hiring operations by sourcing, screening and onboarding hourly manufacturing talent across multiple open positions. This individual will work with urgency, maintain strong organization and help drive hiring timelines in a busy production environment.
What's the job?
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions
  • Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, walk-ins, web applications and paid advertising
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage background checks, onboarding documentation and hiring workflows
  • Ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
  • Maintain recruiting pipelines and track hiring activity across multiple requisitions
