Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Performance Strategy team within a leading health agency supporting pharmaceutical clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling - transforming complex, multi-source datasets into actionable performance insights that drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is technically fluent, strategically minded, and confident translating data into compelling narratives. You will connect the dots across ATUs, integrating web analytics, media performance, research tools, and healthcare claims data to inform optimization and long-term growth strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead data extraction, cleansing, and preparation across web analytics, media platforms, survey/research tools, and healthcare claims datasets
  • Analyze performance trends across ATUs to identify drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Integrate digital engagement metrics with claims and research data to measure real-world impact
  • Develop cohesive, insight-driven stories that influence client and internal strategic decision-making
  • Build dashboards, executive-ready presentations, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with media, strategy, and client teams to ensure analytics align with business objectives
  • Provide thought leadership on measurement approaches, KPIs, and performance frameworks
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and methodological rigor across reporting streams

What You'll Need

  • 2-3 years of experience in analytics, performance strategy, or a related role (healthcare/pharma or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong experience pulling, manipulating, and preparing large datasets for analysis
  • Technical fluency in:
    • Web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
    • Media performance data (paid search, paid social, programmatic, display)
    • Survey and research tools (Mintel, Kantar, MARS)
    • Healthcare claims data (IQVIA, Symphony Health)
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data streams
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity to stay current on industry trends

What Sets You Apart

  • Ability to connect performance metrics to broader business and patient impact
  • Comfort working across ATUs and synthesizing insights at both granular and enterprise levels
  • Strategic mindset - not just reporting on data, but explaining why it matters and what to do next
  • Confident presenter who can communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
