Leak Detection Job Summary:

American Leak Detection of Southwest Florida is seeking out highly motivated individuals looking for aย full-time career as aย Water Leak Detection & Repair Specialist to performย electronic water leak detections and plumbing repairs.ย

General Water Leak Detection Job Responsibilities:

  • Leak Detection on residential, commercial & municipal plumbing and drain systems to diagnose the cause and origin of leaks in those systems and perform a full scope of repairs on those systems
  • Leak detection on residential, commercial and municipal pools/spas to diagnose the cause and origin ofย leaks, structural leaks and perform full scope pool and spa repairs.
  • Communicate and workย with management, colleagues, and customers.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Work outdoors & away from the office.
  • Ability to create well written and concise reports, with pictures,ย to effectively describe the leak issue.

Qualifications of the Leak Detection Personnel:

  • Plumbing, mechanical, electronic experience and construction background.
  • Current Driverโ€™s License, with relatively clean driving record.
  • Ability to swim, (diving certificate a plus)
  • Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting to 100 pounds
  • High School or equivalent / some college education
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.ย
