The Recycling Sorter plays a vital role in the waste management process by accurately identifying and sorting recyclable materials such as plastics, glass, paper, cardboard, metal, electronics, and mixed recyclables. Working primarily in 8-hour shifts, this role ensures materials are properly separated while adhering to safety protocols. The position may occasionally require operating heavy machinery and offers opportunities for advancement into supervisory roles within the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sort recyclable materials including plastic, glass, paper, cardboard, metal, electronics, and mixed recyclables
