Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)
Sterling, VA
$18.00-$20 per Hour | Weekly Pay
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing Cable Technology company in Sterling, VA to hire a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in warehouse and logistics with a stable company that values teamwork, safety, and career development.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse software and established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if applicable).
  • Load and unload deliveries while ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.
