We Ship Express is a nationwide warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company. Were growing quickly and looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and great service.

About the Role

Were hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our City of Industry team. The Warehouse Associate I duties and functions including picker, packer, box maker, palletizer, material handler, cross dock, and quality assurance.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
The following duties are an overview of the primary duties and responsibilities of the
Warehouse Associate I and should not be considered an all-inclusive list:

  • Perform quality inspections on outgoing shipments
  • Pick, pack, and handle materials for orders
  • Process packages for shipments to include; packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment
  • Participate in quality improvement processes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a willingness to learn
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Flexible, and able to move within entry level warehouse positions noted above.
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • One to two years related experience or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements of this Position

  • Continually required to stand
