About the Entry Level Role

As a Textron employee, you'll take on meaningful work from day one-contributing to real projects and collaborating with experienced team members across the business. This entry-level opportunity is designed to help you build your skills, gain exposure across functions, and grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Factor in new vehicle SIOP to historical demand analysis to predict forecasting accurately.
  • Support optimization of forecasting systems and data input.
    Support new product launches by supporting demand for new builds.
  • Provide product support plans and SKU rationalization.
  • Assist in maintaining master data workbooks and run exception and daily metric reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform purchase requisitions, execution, and ordering.
  • Work with cross functional teams to determine root cause of inventory issues and to create corrective 
    action plans. 
  • Determine correct locations for parts and coordinate moves between warehouses.
  • Collaborate with Financial Analyst on adherence to process & procedures.
