Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will learn the complete ink production process used in the manufacturing of specialized security and currency inks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Training will be provided on all aspects of production, including material handling, equipment operation, mixing processes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize production tubs, containers, tools, and equipment between batches.
  • Gather and stage raw materials according to production orders and formulas.
  • Load materials into processing and mixing equipment following established procedures.
  • Assist with the manufacturing, blending, and processing of specialty inks.
  • Operate rolling equipment and transport tubs throughout the production process.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety requirements are met.
  • Record production data and complete required documentation.
  • Support inventory management by organizing materials and identifying shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, GMPs, and quality control standards.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
