Entry Level Warehouse – Day Shift

Department: Warehouse Operations
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly / Non-Exempt
Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training. The Warehouse Worker will assist with pulling orders, loading and unloading products, restocking, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Essential Duties
  • Pull and prepare customer orders using picking tickets.

  • Load and unload products from trucks.

  • Use a pallet jack or forklift as needed and as trained.

  • Restock and rotate warehouse products.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Basic ability to read, count, and perform simple math.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift.

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment and palletized products.

Training is provided. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
