Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by performing accurate order entry, data entry, and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and customers receive timely and accurate service.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order entry for incoming and outgoing orders using the warehouse’s systems.
- Complete data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer information.
- Provide courteous and responsive customer service, including answering questions and assisting with order-related inquiries.
- Support general warehouse operations, including organizing, labeling, and tracking products as needed.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
- Basic order entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in data entry, including the ability to enter information quickly and correctly.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work an early morning schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.
- Entry-level qualifications with a willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Work Environment

The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring consistent communication and coordination with coworkers. Appropriate work attire suitable for a warehouse environment is expected, with adherence to all safety and operational guidelines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
