Position SummaryWe are seeking an entry-level
Warehouse Generalist to support our supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for inventory coordination, stocking, and order management. While the role is titled "warehouse," the environment is smaller and team-oriented, requiring flexibility and attention to detail across multiple functions.
This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy
hands-on, task-based work and are looking to build experience in supply chain or operations.
This position also serves as a backup resource to facilities maintenance and mailroom courier services.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, counting, and reconciling stock
- Stock and organize supplies and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts
- Prepare basic inventory and supply reports
- Pick up and deliver materials to clinic locations, post office, and other sites as needed
- Assist with local supply runs (Home Depot, Lowe's, Office Depot, Walmart, etc.)
- Handle sensitive materials, including medical supplies and equipment
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements - Entry-level role: prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to complete a safe driving course within 90 days of hire
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, and moving materials
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: - Appropriate valid Arizona driver's license
- Demonstrated record of safe driving
- Clear, succinct written and verbal communication
- Emphasis on initiative and self-motivation
- Computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet experience
- Knowledge of basic math skills and basic bookkeeping principles

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - High school graduate or equivalency
