Schedule: Flexible - Full-time & Part-time available
Job Summary
Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference by supporting daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
    • Toileting and incontinence care
    • Assistance with walking and transfers
    • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
  • Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
  • Follow care plans and document services provided
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
  • Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly

Caregiver Requirements
  • Level 2 Background Screening (Required)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID and second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport - hard copy)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred (but not always required)
