Role Overview

This is an earlycareer FX Sales role supporting Japanese corporate clients in North America.
The position is designed for candidates with strong interest in financial markets who are eager to grow through teamwork and handson learning.

In addition to supporting FX transactions, the role involves learning MUFG's internal systems and working closely with MUFG colleagues across regions, including the Derivatives team, to deliver reliable and highquality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members in FX transactions (Spot, Forward, etc.)
  • Assist in understanding client needs and providing market information
  • Learn internal processes and coordinate with Operations and other internal teams
  • Collaborate effectively with MUFG colleagues globally to support seamless client service
  • Comply with MUFG's compliance policies and Code of Conduct, acting with honesty, integrity, and fairness
  • Contribute as a team player in a collaborative sales environment

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in FX, financial markets, and clientfacing roles
  • Prior experience not required; internships or entrylevel exposure to finance welcome
  • Nativelevel Japanese required; fluent English required
  • Teamoriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
