We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This is an entry-level role that executes tasks that are assigned to the Fulfillment Team including order picking, order packing and projects including assembly and kitting items together.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

  • a two-year degree in business management or equivalent work experience
  • forklift experience
  • basic inventory management methodologies
  • the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

  • possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
  • pay close attention to details on every project
  • have basic computer skills
  • be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
  • complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
  • be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
  • be flexible to change

In this position you'll:

  • process outbound customer orders
  • act on in-bound finished goods that include customer replenishments and returns
  • pack and stage fixtures, graphics and other materials so the customer receives the product undamaged
  • manage materials of kit breakdown and inventory maintenance
  • complete the shipping process based on requirements by the customer
  • perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards

Compensation Range: $43,160 – $50,024 annually
