Job description

Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative (100% Remote)

100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Training Provided | No Cold Calling

A Remote Sales Career With a Real Starting Point

Starting a new career doesn't have to mean starting at the bottom with no direction.

AO Globe Life is hiring Entry Level Insurance Sales Representatives to join a remote sales team. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to learn the insurance business, work with clients, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a professional sales environment.

Previous insurance experience is not required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

The biggest difference? You're not being asked to spend your day chasing strangers.

You'll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about available insurance and benefit options.

What the Work Looks Like

This is a people-focused sales position. You'll spend your time having conversations, understanding client needs, presenting options, and helping people move through the next steps.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Learn about each client's situation, questions, and priorities
  • Present insurance and benefit options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Respond to client questions and provide accurate information
  • Help clients complete applications and required documentation
  • Follow up with clients when additional information or action is needed
  • Maintain accurate records using company systems
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
  • Apply feedback to improve product knowledge and sales performance
  • Stay organized while managing appointments and follow-up activities

Why This Position Stands Out

Work From Home
Handle your responsibilities remotely without a daily commute or traditional office environment.

Leads Are Provided
The role includes access to prospective clients who have already requested information, so the focus is on following up and having productive conversations rather than traditional cold calling.

Structured Training
Learn the products, sales process, systems, and expectations through training and continued coaching.

Weekly Pay
Compensation is commission-based and paid weekly according to the company's compensation structure.

Flexible Remote Environment
Work remotely while maintaining an agreed-upon schedule and meeting performance expectations.

Performance-Based Earnings
Your compensation can increase as your sales results grow. Earnings are based on performance and are not guaranteed.

Career Development
As experience is gained, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and progress within the organization.

Who Will Do Well Here?

This position can be a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a career where effort and consistency matter.

You may be a good match if you:

  • Communicate comfortably by phone or video
  • Listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions
  • Can explain information without making it confusing
  • Are comfortable learning new products and technology
  • Follow through on commitments and scheduled appointments
  • Can manage your time without constant supervision
  • Respond well to coaching and constructive feedback
  • Stay organized when handling multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Are motivated by measurable goals and personal improvement

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, education, call centers, account management, or administrative work can be helpful, but it is not required.

Insurance experience is not required. Training is provided.

What You'll Need

  • A residential address in the United States or Canada
  • Reliable internet access
  • A computer suitable for remote work
  • A professional and quiet environment for client appointments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to complete required training and licensing requirements
  • Ability to work independently and stay accountable to scheduled activities

What This Job Is — And What It Isn't

This is a sales position, not a customer service-only role.

The position involves speaking with prospective clients, presenting insurance options, following up, completing applications, and working toward sales goals.

It is also not a cold-calling position. The company provides prospective client leads for representatives to work with.

If you're looking for a remote role where you can simply clock in, complete repetitive tasks, and wait for the day to end, this probably won't be the right fit.

If you're looking for a position where you can learn a professional skill, work directly with clients, and have your performance reflected in your earnings, it may be worth exploring.

Ready to Make Your Next Move?

If you're looking for a way into insurance sales without needing years of industry experience first, apply for the Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative position.

Qualified applicants will receive information about the next step in the hiring process.

Please monitor your email, voicemail, and spam/junk folder after applying for updates regarding your application.

Applicants must have a residential address in the United States or Canada.
