Description

The Coordinator, Omni Content Production is responsible for the various duties leading up to and during photoshoots. This role supports teams working both internally and externally with documentation, tracking, organization and communication. The role will be primarily onsite with the potential for some WFH days depending on the photo shoot schedule. Specifically, this position will be: · Responsible for meeting all deadlines appointed without compromising detail or appropriate quality of work · Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams · Schedule internal pre-production milestones, including all relevant team members (Creative, Photographers, Retouching, Studio Ops, Styling, and external talent as needed) · Responsible for purchase and/or coordination of samples, comp products, props, wardrobe, supplies, and other materials for photo & video shoots as assigned · Organize and manage shoot-specific paperwork (estimates, contracts, talent agreements, sample and comp lists, etc) at the direction of senior Content Production team members · Pack, ship, track, receive and organize and maintain all materials for shoots, whether in Studio or on location; ensure items arrive on time in good condition · Coordinate with sample management teams to ensure product comps and samples are received on time and sent back to sample management at the conclusion of the shoot · Coordinate craft services or other food options on set · Partner with Studio photographers and Retouchers as needed to support Product and Marketing photo workflow · Handle other tasks on set or in studio as assigned by most senior Content Production team member present · Update estimates, log expenses, issue PO’s, and submit invoices related to shoots in relevant budget sheets · License stock content & add information to stock tracker as requested · Work in Digital Asset Management system to upload assets and edit metadata QUALIFICATIONS: · 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience in similar roles a plus · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
