About the Role

The Paid Social Media Specialist is an entry-level member of our marketing team, responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity for individuals starting their careers in digital marketing to gain hands-on experience while collaborating with an experienced and supportive team.


Responsibilities
  • Execute paid social media campaigns following strategic guidance from senior marketing team members.

  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audiences.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve performance.

  • Monitor daily campaign spend and key performance metrics; recommend optimizations.

  • Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports and insights.

  • Contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting efforts.

  • Stay up to date on paid media trends and share relevant learnings with the team.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to campaigns, such as billing and documentation.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Ability and familiarity with video editing for social content

  • Internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or paid social is a plus.

  • Familiarity with major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
