The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals interested in building a career in financial services.
As an Entry-Level Financial Advisor, you'll receive training and mentorship while learning how to work with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide financial education, and help them evaluate strategies for protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.
No previous financial services experience is required. We're looking for individuals who communicate well, enjoy helping people, are coachable, and are motivated to grow personally and professionally.
This is a remote opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Applicable professional licensing is required.
Responsibilities
β€’ Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities
β€’ Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies after completing required training and licensing
β€’ Help clients identify areas where additional financial planning or protection may be beneficial
β€’ Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
β€’ Provide ongoing client follow-up and service
β€’ Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentorship
β€’ Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach
β€’ Complete required licensing and ongoing professional education
β€’ Follow applicable industry and compliance standards
