Sanders Moving & Storage has been Nashville's trusted name in moving for over 130 years and a proud Allied Van Lines agent for more than 65. We're growing our sales team and hiring two Junior Moving Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level position. No prior sales experience is required. We hire for attitude and coachability and train you from day one.

This is an outside sales role, and here's the best part: you start with warm, inbound leads. These are customers who have already reached out about moving with us. You'll visit their homes, walk through with them to survey the move, and build your estimate on-site, face to face. Over time, you'll also grow your own book of business by building relationships with realtors, real estate brokers, and other partners in the residential industry.

Compensation

  • $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
  • On-target earnings of $100,000 in your first full calendar year

What you'll do

  • Work warm inbound leads by phone, email, and text
  • Visit customers' homes to perform in-person surveys and deliver estimates on-site
  • Build clear, accurate quotes for local, interstate, and international moves
  • Develop your own referral network of realtors, brokers, and residential-industry partners
  • Follow up, answer questions, and close the sale
  • Keep everything organized in our CRM
  • Partner with operations to deliver a smooth, white-glove experience

What we're looking for

  • A real drive to learn, succeed, and earn; we hire attitude over experience
  • Confident, friendly communication, in person and on the phone
  • Comfortable meeting customers face to face in their homes
  • Organized, responsive, and reliable
  • A people-first, problem-solver mindset
  • Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available full-time in Nashville, with flexibility during busy season

Nice to have (not required): any sales, customer service, call center, or retail experience.
