About the Role
Chapman Volkswagen in Scottsdale is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable automotive experience while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our busy service team. If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to grow your career with a respected organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to their Service Advisor
  • Drive customer vehicles safely between the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas
  • Assist with vehicle flow throughout the Service Department to maintain an organized service operation.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire pressure
  • Provide complimentary vehicle washes as requested
  • Maintain inventory of service supplies, including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
  • Keep the service drive and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Demonstrate dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to support the team as needed.

Qualifications
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Neat and clean professional appearance
  • Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
