The successful candidate will independently identify solutions, influence technical outcomes, and contribute to scalable, user-centered design systems that improve customer engagement and satisfaction across digital platforms. This position demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects within a dynamic environment.
About the team:
The Omni Services Design team enhances customer and associate interactions with Walmart’s services by applying service design principles. They create seamless experiences across physical and digital channels, covering discovery, scheduling, check-in, service delivery, payment, and follow-up. Focus areas include pharmacy, optical, auto care, and home services. Their work spans Walmart.com, the Walmart app, in-store touchpoints, operational processes, and associate tools. By integrating customer insights, retail operations, digital product design, and service innovation, the team delivers user-centered solutions that shape the future of Walmart’s service experiences.
What you'll do:
