Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Experience Designer in Atlanta, GA. Summary: The User Experience Designer is tasked with designing intuitive, high-quality products through collaboration with end users and modern software development teams. This assignment involves working directly with end users to collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data through formal research methods. The insights gathered are used to inform product-related hypotheses, recommendations, and user stories in the product backlog. The candidate should have experience in one or more disciplines such as user research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. You should be skilled in translating user needs into visual assets and be familiar with rapid prototyping and visualization techniques. Key Tasks:
  • Conducting interviews and performing user research
  • Collaborating with end users and development teams to design intuitive products
  • Conducting surveys and analyzing quantitative data
  • Creating mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts
  • Utilizing usability and mental models in design strategy
  • Developing design strategies and iconography
  • Creating UI/UX wireframes and application designs
  • Developing and refining user interfaces
  • Reporting and documenting design processes
Requirements
  • Expertise in typography and visual design
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
