Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the position is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument ("RAI") process in accordance with the requirements of State and Federal law as well as the policies and goals of all assigned Communities.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of practice
  • Must have two (2) years experience working the RAI/MDS process
  • Must be able to travel, as necessary
