Modernization & Transformation
  • Evaluate legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and modernization opportunities
  • Redesign outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions
  • Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user-friendly journeys
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX with modernization goals

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
