We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join a collaborative team in Edina, Minnesota, focused on improving digital experiences for a widely used client platform. This position blends user-centered design with front-end execution, offering the chance to shape intuitive, visually refined interfaces across web and mobile environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for design, practical experience with responsive layouts, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging UX and UI concepts for client-facing web applications, turning user needs into clear and effective digital experiences.
• Partner with design, development, operations, and business teams to refine interface solutions and support successful project delivery.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and visual assets that align with brand goals and usability standards for a range of clients.
• Convert approved designs into responsive front-end components that perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Help implement and launch updated interface designs within the company platform while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Gather input from non-technical stakeholders to better understand business objectives and translate them into thoughtful design solutions.
• Support efforts to refresh legacy user experiences by contributing to redesigned, modern interfaces for existing applications.
