Job description

We are hiring an experienced locum tenens Urology Surgery APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for an outstanding client in San Francisco! Come work and live in a great city of 6 months and experience the food scene, water life, Napa Valley and more!!
  • Contract length:ร‚ 26 weeks Must be able to start in August, early September
  • Coverage/Schedule details:ร‚ Scheduled + No Call, 5 x 8s or 4 x 10s
  • Rate:ร‚ $110-$130/hr + tax free stipend
Position specific Details:
  • Support staff: RNs who support APPs, patient coordinators assigned to do their scheduling/admin. The team consists of seasoned APPs who can train and assist as needed.
  • Patients per day: 8 10 patients per day
  • Patient population/age: Mostly adult/geriatric some older adolescents
  • EMR: EPIC
Skills required: Experience in one of the following: surgical oncology, surgery, urology, medical oncology. Experience in surgical oncology highly preferred. Willing to consider new grads if they have a lot of nursing surgical oncology or urology experience.ร‚ 
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Yes
  • DEA: Yes
  • Certifications required: AHA BLS
  • Minimum experience required: 1 2 years +
