Master Control Operator (Entry-Level)
United Teleports

United Teleports is growing, and we’re looking to bring on motivated individuals to join our team as Master Control Operators. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in broadcast operations, with hands-on experience and real room to grow as the company expands.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and manage live broadcast signals to ensure quality and continuity
  • Identify and troubleshoot audio/video issues in real time
  • Follow broadcast logs and playlists with accuracy
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve technical or programming issues
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused over long periods
  • Basic technical skills and comfort working with computers and broadcast systems
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and react quickly when issues arise
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in broadcasting, media, or technical operations (experience is a plus, but not required)
