COMPENSATION:
Base salary plus earned commissions and performance-based incentives ($45,000 to $85,000 Total Comp)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Ronald Demyers Sr. State Farm Agency is seeking a high-performing, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) insurance sales professional with a proven sales background. This is a results-driven, metrics-focused role designed for experienced insurance and life insurance professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, accountable environment.
This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates who possess the required background, licensing, and experience should apply.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively sell State Farm Auto, Home, Renters, and Life Insurance products
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls
• Conduct needs-based consultations and close new business
• Perform coverage reviews to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Retain and grow existing customer relationships
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records
• Fully own pipeline management and follow-up activity
• Adhere to State Farm underwriting, compliance, and agency standards
WEEKLY KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
• 150–225 outbound calls per week
• 4 – 8 new P&C policies written per week
• 10–20% close rate on qualified leads
• 1–2 life insurance applications per week (strongly encouraged and incentivized)
• 1.5–2+ policies per household
• Strong retention, documentation accuracy, and compliance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance, life insurance, or professional sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable in a quota-driven, performance-tracked environment
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
• Previous life insurance professionals strongly encouraged to apply
• Active or prior Life & Health Insurance License
• Prior State Farm agency experience
• Background in insurance, financial services, or call-center sales
