RPA Infrastructure Support Analyst
§ Supporting Robotic Process Automation UiPath infrastructure operations.
§ Troubleshooting and providing support for UiPath processes, schedules and environments.
§ Publishing codes to Orchestrator, rolling back codes as necessary and capacity planning.
§ Troubleshooting failed processes as it relates to issues with browsers, access to files, folders, logic.
§ Supporting Orchestrator running over 100 processes:
Ø Performing audit checks.
Ø Adding, removing and licensing machines.
Ø Creating robots and removing robots.
Ø Creating and configuring processes to run on schedules.
Ø Starting jobs, troubleshooting and stopping hung jobs.
Ø Creating, amending schedules using Cron expressions.
§ Installing UiPath onto machines and connecting to Orchestrator
