This role serves as the lead resource for Customs Brokerage Data Analytics, driving the development, maintenance, and optimization of business intelligence solutions that support operational performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include managing CAT data analysis, complex reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, workload distribution tools, operational metrics, and system performance monitoring. The position partners closely with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, conduct system and data research, troubleshoot issues, support CargoWise initiatives, and lead automation efforts through RPA, IDP, macros, and other technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable analytics, developing audit and performance reporting, supporting UAT testing, documenting processes, and delivering scalable solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and visibility across the Customs Brokerage organization. Experience with advanced Excel, Access databases, BI platforms, dashboard development, gap analysis, process automation, SharePoint solutions, and business process improvement is critical for success in this role.
Pay Range: 87,000 to 107,000
