- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs
- Follow company purchasing policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of contracts and industrial materials preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under immediate supervision while following established procedures
