Tree Service Crew Members – Ground Crew, Pruners & Climbers

Full-Time | Overtime Available

We are a professional tree service company seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our crew. Openings are available for Ground Crew Members, Pruners, and Tree Climbers. Experience is preferred, but we will train motivated, hard-working applicants who are willing to learn and grow in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with tree pruning, removals, and general tree care

  • Perform ground operations and support climbers

  • Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols

  • Use hand tools, chainsaws, and equipment safely

  • Maintain a clean and professional jobsite

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of ISA standards or willingness to learn on the job

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
