Entry-Level Tree Care Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual committed to a safety-first culture and a strong work ethic. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the tree care industry from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Committed to a safety culture, mindset, and lifestyle.
  • Can follow instructions and is ready and willing to be trained on all aspects of the tree work industry – we will teach you how to safely climb and work in trees.
  • Uses all required PPE in accordance with industry standards and company policy and enforces PPE utilization with fellow employees.
  • Able and willing to learn and execute all ground-based tree work tasks while being trained to climb trees and operate aerial lifts.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
