Entry Level Maintenance Assistant Opportunity at Riverview Village!

Full-Time Day Shift
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Riverview Village is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds, helping to ensure a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Skills Needed:

· Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide maintenance services.· Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.· Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.

Requirements:

· Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence· Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting. · Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
