  • Develop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategies
  • Position TransPerfect's AI-enabled content, technology, and global solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to structure and close complex, multi-service enterprise agreements

  • Monitor account performance and proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-sell and up-selling activities
  • Collaborate with Production and Technology teams to support smooth implementations and contribute to client satisfaction
  • With the support of Management, define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions, and revenue forecasting with Accounting teams

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

What would stand you apart:

  • Exposure to the Travel & Tourism industry (airlines, hospitality, cruise, travel tech, agencies, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital ecosystems, CMS platforms, eCommerce environments, or AI-enabled solutions

What we value:

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with confidence
  • Combine commercial drive with consultative problem-solving
  • Thrive in international, cross-functional teams
  • Focus on delivering measurable business impact
