Familiarity with translation software such as SDL Trados or MemoQ is often required, along with a basic understanding of CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools. Excellent communication, time management, and cultural sensitivity are standout soft skills for this role. These abilities are crucial to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate translations and efficient workflow in professional settings.
