Level Up USA is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Cincinnati team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and learning how marketing projects come together from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and project partners to keep projects moving
  • Help manage project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day project operations
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project updates
  • Help identify potential challenges and work with the team to find solutions
  • Maintain organized project documentation and status updates
  • Learn Level Up USA’s marketing strategies, processes, and client workflows
  • Contribute ideas and bring a fresh perspective to marketing projects
