What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and project partners to keep projects moving
• Help manage project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
• Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day project operations
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project updates
• Help identify potential challenges and work with the team to find solutions
• Maintain organized project documentation and status updates
• Learn Level Up USA’s marketing strategies, processes, and client workflows
• Contribute ideas and bring a fresh perspective to marketing projects

Experience & Education

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

A degree or previous experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, project coordination, customer service, sales, or a related field is helpful but not required.

Internships, campus organizations, volunteer leadership, customer-facing roles, or other experiences where you developed communication and organizational skills are also valuable.
