Position Title:

Global Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Description:

Global Security Operations Center Analyst

Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

Please note: The shift for this role is Monday through Friday, 2pm - 10am EST


TheGlobal Security Operations Center Analystwill be responsible for analyzing and escalating security threats, coordinating incident responses, and leading Global Security Operations Centers (GSOC) activities during assigned shifts. Mentors Global Security Operations Center Operators.
How you will make an impact:

  • Acts as a shift lead, managing GSOC operations and taskings.
  • Drafts and delivers crisis communications to associates.
  • Conducts preliminary threat analysis using multiple intelligence sources.
  • Prepares incident reports and situation summaries.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional partners (security, HR, legal, facilities).
  • Supports investigations with video review, access control audits, and documentation.
  • Mentors and trains entry-level GSOC operators and analysts.
  • Assists in updating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
  • Role may be expected to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and may require working on the weekend or holidays.


Minimum Requirements:

Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a GSOC, command center, or security operations.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Proficiency with GSOC technologies (Everbridge, Ontic, access control/CCTV systems), exposure to open-source intelligence collection and social-media monitoring is strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication and multitasking skills are strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn security systems quickly is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments is strongly preferred.
  • Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
