We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Experience - AIT (Administrator in Training) professional who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care.

This position allows for professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience, as well as employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare management position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management

  • Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness

  • Applicants are interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA)

  • Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.

  • Candidates who may have an interest in growing their expertise in employee operations

  • Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment

  • Professionals who are open to working a full-time schedule - Sunday-Thursday; 11 AM - 7 PM
